The focus on quality at every step of the specialty coffee supply chain is key to ensuring each cup of coffee brewed contains no quality defects.
Unfortunately, things can occur beyond our control so the intent of this policy is to reduce the risk involved with buying from us.
We offer the choice to refund payments or replace items when they are found to be defective, or if there’s a processing error on our end.
For approved refunds, the credit will automatically be applied to your payment card through the payment processor Stripe within 3 – 5 business days.
